Sorry guys! I somehow meddled with the settings on my mobile so I can't open this page on there, so I couldn't write some new posts! I've been staying at my Dad's the past two weeks (I'm still there now) and I've just managed to steal his laptop away from him for a few minutes... My Facebook friends have been messaging me asking if I've given up! (Jessica!) I didn't realise how many of them read this! (CHEERS GUYS!)
So yeah.... Its now August. Still The summer holidays, still warm enough not to wear a hoodie and 16 tops, still BUZZING to start my new school on the American base! ((18 DAYS NOW!) Mike isn't too happy I keep reminding him.. Hehehehe!) I'm just gong through the last stages of my application (though I've already been guaranteed a spot, it's a very small school, and they are desperate for more students apparently, so I'm good!)
Had a hectic couple of weeks here, we went camping up on the North Norfolk coast in a campsite called the Diglea Caravan Park. Its lovely there, I'd highly recommend it. They allowed dogs, and the beach is only a short walk up the road (it is shingle but is a lovely walk), Hunstanton is only a short drive away and there is a little chip shop half way walking to the beach. We went as a last minute weekend trip with our two dogs (a Cocker Spaniel and a Black Labrador) stressful! They were so hyper active or grumpy! you were either pulling them back, or pulling them forward! Bloody dogs! Never again!
We have been looking to buy a 5 berth caravan too. So that is what we have been doing in the afternoons once Cathy gets home from work. We want a cheap one, don't care if its second hand, and don't mind if it need a little bit of work doing to it. Just so long as it isn't mouldy or rusting or there are massive great holes inside it... Just one we can clean up nice and use pretty much as soon as we have it. We want to be able to say, 'Lets just go!' and do it. Drive some where, Scotland for a week. Norfolk for a long weekend. Cornwall for two! What ever, where ever, just so we can explore! If anyone knows about any, close to Peterborough (maximum price: £3000) let me know? >.<
So yesterday, I started to feel really popular! Which is rare (for me, I'm not popular at all, Aha!) And I had a whole bunch of people telling me we need to meet up! I was thinking, 'I'm going to have no time left to go and get school supplies if this carries on!' (Melissa Shay, Kennitta, Hannah!) Have a sleepover with Mel and Shay on Sunday, then one with Kenneth and Hannah on Thursday! Hopefully before the end of the holidays I'll be able to see everyone else as well! Nadia, Jessica, Sophie, Jordan, Alex, Sam, Lee! I miss my guys, and especially considering I'm not going to school with them anymore...
I was thinking as I sat down to write this that I was going to have so much to say I would probably have to write two separate blogs because I would use up the limit on this one, but now that I've started I can't seem to think of anything else to say...! Oh, I have a strange craving for ice-cream and spearmint Polo's at the moment, it's torture every time the ice-cream van goes past and I can't get one! Dad showed me a picture (jokingly) about what I would end up looking like, it was this woman, with like... three stomachs. She was so fat I think she wouldn't be able to fit in the ice-cream van! Honestly, she would have exceeded the limit in an elevator, with one leg. OMG. It was crazy. But I won't end up like her, I go to the gym and working all off. Well, I will on Monday, when I get back from Mel's place...
Anyway, Dad need's his laptop back now, so I'll catch ya later!
Sophie Eleonore. xx
